Feb20th hiring campaign
Mphasis hired more than 500-600 members in a single day during the Feb20th walk in for seniors.
The campaign was launched simultaneously to hire directly as well as via recruitement companies and was in newspapers , emails , website etc to get the attention of more than 10,000 people.
Mphasis also had announced another campaign, this time around hiring of freshers.
One more to go is with the specific skilled seniors.
The growth expected in current numbers can be more than what happened in the 2008, 2009. The actual numbers can not be known via this blog, since these change on quarterly basis and can raise controversy.
